Refund Guidelines
We do accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate order(s).
Unresolved Technical Issues If the product has a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 30 days of your report, a refund will be issued.
Unwanted Auto-Renewal Auto-renewal charges are eligible for a refund within 7 days of renewal, except for monthly subscriptions.
Please note: We will email you 7 days before your subscription is set to auto-renew to confirm if you want to continue. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via email. After canceling the auto-renewal, you will still have full access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Requests That Are Not Accepted
The following reasons do not qualify for a refund:
General Statements General comments that do not constitute an actual complaint, such as "It's not what I thought," "It didn't function as expected," "I purchased by mistake," "I bought it accidentally," or "I can't use this." Change of Mind Refund requests based on changing your mind after accessing the product (e.g., 'I changed my mind,' 'I don't want it now,' or 'It is not what I need') will not be accepted.
Minute Pack Purchases Minutes Packs are delivered immediately upon purchase and can be used at any time. All Minutes Pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Minutes Pack has been added to your account, the order does not qualify for a refund.
Minutes Pack Usage Minutes are automatically deducted based on the duration of the uploaded file once processing starts. If any part of the Minutes Pack has been used, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund. However, in certain cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of unused minutes remaining.
How to Request a Refund?
If your purchase qualifies under the guidelines mentioned, please submit your refund request to support@tordar.ai. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number, email address, and any pertinent details or examples. Feel free to attach screenshots as well!
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Typically, refunds take 1-3 days to process, but may take up to 7 days for certain payment methods.
